Firstly after telling me the amount before pickup of a certain weight, they altered(more than double) it after pickup saying that the weight is calculated by square feet method which I wasn't aware of. Secondly, I had one fragile item, which contained a mirror, even after reminding several times, the mirror came broken, shattered in pieces. Thirdly, it took 14 days for my courier to come from Gurgaon to Lucknow, when they assured me that it won't take longer than 3 days. Fourthly, no assistance by the staff for the same, they even deny accepting the fault. Worst ever experience with this service provider.
